Avaya B100 Conference Phone

This promotion is available in EMEA from 3rd October 2011 through to 31st March 2012.

IP Office 0% AFS Offer

This is a new approach to financing, which is designed to help the customer get the technology that the business needs and not what the budget dictates. 0% Finance is brought to the customer by Avaya Financial Services and is specifically targeted at solutions including the market-leading IP Office 500.

The costs will be spread over a 3 year period with 0% interest with NO upfront charges to pay. At the end of the 3 year term, the customer can continue to use the equipment, return it, refresh it or work with you to purchase it for a nominal amount (e.g. €1, £1 or $1).

Nortel to IP500 Migration Offer

The Nortel migration offer allows customers to upgrade to the latest IP500 platform. Avaya supports those customers to benefit from new applications and functions of IP Office such as 9600 series phones support, improved mobility with one-X Mobile, SIP trunking and business continuity through resilient Small Community Networking (SCN).

As well as retaining up to 60% of investment by reusing Nortel phones, an additional 10% discount off list price is available until 31st December 2011.

Please note:

• The 5402 Digital, 5602 IP, 1603 IP, 1403 Digital phones and IP DECT /    WiFi equipment are EXCLUDED from this migration.

Avaya IP400 to IP500 Migration Offer

The IP400 migration offer allows customers to upgrade to the latest IP500 platform. Avaya supports those customers to benefit from new applications and functions of IP Office such as 9600 series phones support, improved mobility with one-X Mobile, SIP trunking and business continuity through resilient Small Community Networking (SCN).

An additional 10% discount off list price is available until 31st December 2011.

Please note:

• The 403DS system unit is now included on the Certificate of Destruction.
• The 5402 Digital, 5602 IP, 1603 IP, 1403 Digital phones and IP DECT /    WiFi equipment are EXCLUDED from this migration.
• There is no need to order new IP Office application licenses as existing licenses can be transferred from the old IP400 Feature Key to the new IP Office 500 Smart Card / SD card (the old IP400 feature key must be returned to the CSC within 30 days).
• The IP400 Analog Trunk 4, BRI-8 (Universal), PRI (single and dual) and the VCM-4/8/16/24/30 cards can be re-used by using the IP500 legacy card carrier.

Avaya INDeX to IP Office Migration Offer

As well as an additional 10% discount off list price, the INDeX Migration can be combined with the AFS Stepped Financing Programme, allowing your customers to upgrade to the latest IP telephony technology with minimal cost. This program includes a 60-month lease payment plan which is cost-neutral in year one, rentals in the first year being exactly equivalent to the previous support costs for their INDeX system. This promotion expires on 31st December 2011.

Avaya IP Office Competitive Displacement

Migrating legacy competitive customers can benefit from an additional 20% rebate on the cost of the Avaya IP Office soluton. This promotion expires on 31st December 2011.

• Nordics, France, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxemburg: Legacy Aastra systems (e.g. Ascotel IntelliGate, DeTeWe OpenCom, EADS-Matra M6500/NeXspan, Ericsson BusinessPhone)

Avaya 96xx Price Match Promotion

The IP Office 96xx SMEC “Price Match” promotion is being implemented in response to the temporary sales hold on the small and medium enterprise (SME) software versions of the Avaya 9608, 9621G and 9641G IP desk sets. This promotion offers a discount off eligible IP Desk Sets when purchased with an IP Office 500 v2 Control Unit and with an equal or greater number of IP licenses for Avaya IP Office.
